Role Purpose Statement

We are searching for an Administrative Clerk to join our team Sky Chefs in Houston!

 

Join our team as an Administrative Clerk and play a key role in supporting our receiving and procurement operations. Based onsite in Houston, TX, you’ll help ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming deliveries, maintain inventory records, support monthly purchasing activities for Charter flights, and provide essential administrative assistance across departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment.

 

  • Work location : onsite at our Sky Chefs facility on the grounds of George Bush Intercontinental Airport 
  • Work schedule : 40 hours / week. Must be flexible to work nights and weekends if needed/as business dictates 

What You'll Do

  • Support the receiving department by processing bills of lading
  • Verify product deliveries
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies
  • Support the procurement team with buying/purchasing for Charter flights on a monthly basis
  • Collaborate with buyers and vendors to resolve purchase order issues
  • Provides general clerical assistance across departments

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required 
  • 1+ year of materials/inventory control or office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong math, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
