We’re looking for YOU to join a thriving condominium association as our next Office Administrator/Bookkeeper !

About the Role:

This is a high-impact, full-time position at the center of our community operations. You’ll keep the office running smoothly and ensure our financial records are accurate and up-to-date. If you’re a proactive problem solver with a knack for both numbers and organization, you’ll love being the go-to support hub for our property management team and residents.

What You’ll Do:

Office Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor scheduling, staff/visitor parking, and maintenance coordination
  • Organize and safeguard important records, both digital and physical
  • Support the Property Manager in preparing for board and committee meetings
  • Oversee logistics for meetings and resident events
  • Maintain personnel files and uphold confidentiality

Bookkeeping & Financial Duties

  • Full-cycle bookkeeping including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll, and tax filings
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts using QuickBooks Online
  • Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and year-end audits
  • Deliver accurate monthly P&L statements and work closely with the Treasurer on closing entries
  • Maintain vendor and customer profiles with precision and care

What You’ll Need:

  • QuickBooks Online Pro Certification with at least 2 years’ experience
  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office , Google Workspace , Dropbox , and Adobe Pro
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • A flexible, team-first mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • 2–5 years of experience in an administrative and bookkeeping role

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $50,000
  • Up to a 20% Annual Performance Bonus
