As our organization continues to scale, we are investing in a robust data infrastructure to support our expanding operations and data-driven strategies. We are seeking an experienced IDMC MDM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and administration of our data platforms, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Your Role

• Architect and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of relational and NoSQL database systems.
• Monitor and optimize database performance for high availability and efficiency.
• Design and enforce data privacy, security protocols, and access controls.
• Lead backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with development and data engineering teams on data modeling and schema design.
• Manage database upgrades, migrations, and patching activities.
• Support and enhance data platform solutions including data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL pipelines.

Your Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in database administration and data platform management.
• Strong expertise in SQL and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based databases (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting languages for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases and modern data integration tools.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC and MDM architecture is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
