Job Description

Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative Lead to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative Lead, you will be part of the customer service department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle escalated situations effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Job Title: Customer Service Representative Lead
• Location: Irvine, CA
• Pay Range: $25/hr. - $28/hr.

What's the Job?

• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer interactions and executive follow-ups.
• Support representatives by providing critical information and process guidance to assist customers promptly.
• Handle public relations requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize case management skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance overall service quality.

What's Needed?

• A college degree is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service within the automotive industry.
• Experience in a call center setting with a focus on handling escalated customer issues.
• Strong understanding of the customer experience journey.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and technical/app/phone support
