Job Description

We are seeking a Biomedical Technician to join our team supporting advanced medical equipment across healthcare facilities in the Seattle, WA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics or biomedical field service and a passion for delivering technical solutions that directly support patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of medical devices and systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues involving electronics, schematics, and networked systems
• Provide on-site customer support and training to clinical staff and end-users
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of service activities, maintenance logs, and reports
• Adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards while working in clinical environments
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and account management teams to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in biomedical, electronics, or field service technician roles
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and service manuals
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic networking knowledge is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $34–$40/hr (based on experience)
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm (some flexibility)
• Travel: ~60% local, ~40% regional – company vehicle provided
