Job Description

America runs on Dunkin’, and we run on great people — like you!

We’re expanding fast and fueling our future with fresh designs, upgraded stores, and energized new builds. We’re looking for a Construction Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead the way in bringing our locations to life.

As we grow and evolve our restaurant portfolio, your role will be key in translating creative vision into functional, inviting environments that reflect our brand and delight our guests. If you live at the intersection of construction, design, and hospitality — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead all phases of restaurant construction, from concept design reviews to grand openings.
  • Work closely with internal design, branding, and operations teams to ensure each build reflects the restaurant’s unique identity and guest experience goals.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, general contractors, and consultants to execute modern, efficient, and code-compliant restaurant builds.
  • Oversee permitting, inspections, and vendor coordination with a strong understanding of hospitality-specific regulations and requirements.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines with a focus on quality, speed, and brand consistency.
  • Perform site visits, monitor construction progress, and resolve any challenges while maintaining design integrity and operational functionality.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5–7+ years of experience in construction/project management, with a strong focus on restaurant or hospitality environments.
  • Experience managing new restaurant builds, remodels, or multi-unit rollout programs.
  • Deep understanding of building systems, kitchen layouts, guest flow, and restaurant-specific design needs.
  • A passion for design, brand storytelling, and how spaces shape guest experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills — you can speak the language of designers, contractors, and operators alike.
  • Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track while adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
