Key Responsibilities: + Translate the needs and issues identified by the business into technology solutions in the Customer 1 CIS application. + Understand the underlying business need, assess the impact of the need, capture, analyze, and document requirements and support the communication and delivery of those requirements to the users and the IT development team. + Technical and Functional Subject-Matter Expert (SME) Support of Customer 1 application + Requirements Gathering + Functional Analysis Documentation of Functional Requirements + User Approval and Sign-Off of Requirements + Development of User Acceptance Test Plan + Development of Post-Production Verification Requirements + Functional and technical support of UAT Testers and Developers Support analysis of production abends and end user application issues Basic Qualifications: + A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Customer/1 Solutions + High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: + Associate or Bachelor's Degree Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
