Job Description

Position : Customer Success Specialist (Outbound)

Working Schedule : 8AM - 5PM CST

Salary Range : $1500 - $2000 / month (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

 

The Opportunity

Hearth is entering an exciting inflection point of growth. To support this momentum, we are expanding our Customer Success team by adding Outbound Customer Specialists. In this role, you will be on the front lines—proactively reaching out to customers, initiating conversations, and enhancing their experience with our platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to accelerate their careers. Successful candidates may be promoted to Customer Success Manager (CSM) or other roles within the 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 40+ outbound calls daily to engage with customers.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Use Salesforce to document and manage customer interactions, ensuring consistent follow-ups and data accuracy.
  • Prepare customers for training sessions by sharing relevant context and capturing insights for the CS team.

  • 2 years of experience in the same role
