DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP):

Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer. *Prospective employees hired for a Full-Time Direct Support Professional Position will receive a $2,500 sign‐on bonus. 50% of the total amount of the sign-on bonus, or $1,250, will be paid in the first pay following completion of shifts worked in an eligible location as an employee of PMH. The remaining 50% of the total amount of the sign-on bonus, or $1,250, will be paid in the second pay as an employee of PMH.Prospective Employee must maintain a full-time position at an eligible location at PMH to remain eligible for the sign-on bonus. Sign-on bonus is eligible for prospective employees hired from May 21, 2025, through June 30, 2025.
