What You’ll Do:

• Lead our Flight Ops team to achieve safety, reliability, and performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and internal standards.
• Drive operational efficiency and enhance SOPs and best practices.
• Oversee strategic use of assets to support customer and company success.

What You’ll Need:

• ATP certificate with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Meet Part 119.67(a) qualifications for Director of Operations (Part 121).
• 5–8 years of pilot experience, including 3 as PIC under Part 135 or 121.
• Strong grasp of FAA regs, ops specs, and safety standards.
• Experience in airline management or flight instruction.
• Skilled in technical writing.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; fluent in English.
