Job Description

Major Food Group is hiring a Membership & Programming Coordinator to provide support to ensure efficient operation of the department. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, self-motivated, and trustworthy, with a proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines. This dynamic role will have many moving pieces and requires adaptability. 

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide administrative support to the Member Relations Manager and Head of Membership to ensure efficient operation of the Membership Department
• Oversee database management of all member profiles and internal records
• Manage House Accounts for all members, assisting with receipt requests and billing questions
• Provide technical support to the Department, managing all Member issues/concerns with the Member App 
• Manage communication and internal tracking of Member Amenities including wine lockers and plaques
• Assist with general administrative tasks and projects to support the Department and Club Teams

REQUIREMENTS :

• High School diploma, College degree preferred.
• 3 years of administrative assistant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills, ideally with high-profile clientele.
• Strong data and analytical skills.
• Ability to think creatively, take initiative and problem solve.
• Highly organized.
