Position Summary:The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will work in collaboration with the Employee Health Services team to deliver comprehensive health and wellness services for GW Hospital employees. This includes providing health assessments, managing work-related injuries, coordinating care, and promoting preventive health measures to optimize employee well-being. Qualifications Job Requirements:Master's degree in Nursing and completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.Current ANCC certification and D.C. licensure as a Nurse Practitioner by stArt date.Additional Qualifications:Previous experience in occupational health or employee health services is preferred but not required.Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and OSHA regulations is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support employee well-being and safety.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively educate and support hospital staff.Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to hospital policies and regulations.About Universal Health Services One of the nation's largest and most respected providers of hospital and healthcare services, Universal Health Services, Inc.
