Responsibilities: • Collaborate with listing agents to schedule and coordinate professional photography and 3D Tour sessions that capture the essence of each property. • Conduct accurate measurements and interactive floor plans of homes, ensuring that all property details are correctly represented for prospective buyers. • Prepare and format compelling property listings in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform, showcasing our company listings. • Coordinate and manage agents holding open houses to promote consistency and help them be successful. • Provide essential support to listing agents, assisting them in executing successful property marketing strategies and achieving sales goals. • Generate regular reports on listing activity, including metrics on viewings, inquiries, and feedback, to help inform our sellers and refine our marketing efforts and strategies. Qualifications: • MUST have an active TX real estate license! • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is preferred. • Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail are a must. • Proficiency with MLS platforms and other real estate software is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with agents, clients, and vendors. • Ability to work flexibly, including some evening and weekend hours, to accommodate agent and seller schedules. • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
