You will be instrumental in building relationships, identifying talent, and contributing to the continued success of our client's brand in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships across your specialist sector
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and research
  • Conduct market mapping and stay informed on industry trends
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and leadership to achieve individual and team targets
  • Maintain accurate records of activity using CRM and internal systems

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in a recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Interest or background in real estate, construction, or finance preferred (but not essential)

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary and industry-leading, uncapped commission structure
  • Hybrid working model (4 days in our Midtown Manhattan office)
