The Regional Patient Access Director will assist with the implementation of patient access projects with the objective of meeting business objectives by implementing processes, protocols, policies, solutions, and systems in patient access departments. The Regional Patient Access Director will be responsible for successfully managing projects with interdisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and achieve performance expectations.
1. Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Business or related area or equivalent experience
2. 3 - 6 years’ experience in Patient Access or Business Office
Preferred qualifications:
1. Previous Project Manager experience
2. PMP or Revenue Cycle Certification

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $93,080 to $134,804.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
