Shift: EST

• Proven experience as a Senior Application Developer and/or Data Engineer

• MuleSoft APIs, Azure Data Factory, GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer services, and/or addition cloud, ETL, and application development technologies

• Strong experience with software development principles, design patterns, and programming languages.

• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficiency in application development, data engineering, system integration, and support activities.

• Strong skills in designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting system software components.

• Strong understanding of data modeling principles and experience with both relational SQL and NoSQL databases

• Proven experience in designing and implementing ETL or ELT processes.

• Knowledge of data quality principles and experience with data governance practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with agency customers and team members.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
