The Security Analyst will provide technical assistance and support for desktop hardware, software, and network security within the Pennsylvania State Police. This role involves troubleshooting, system administration, asset management, and documentation, all performed on-site in Harrisburg, PA.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, communicate, document, and track progress on IT initiatives.
- Provide statewide technical assistance on desktop hardware, laptops, tablets, peripherals, and software.
- Administer network security, including user account management and security patching.
- Coordinate IT asset replacements, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Develop and document processes for IT asset installations, relocations, and changes.
- Respond to and resolve Service Desk tickets related to asset management.
- Process ServiceNow updates and reconciliations.
- Provide level 2 troubleshooting and problem resolution for PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Utilize Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager to run hardware and software reports.
- Create documentation for technical staff and end users.
- Image and configure laptop and desktop hardware.
- Create objects in SCCM and AD for device imaging.
- Verify driver accuracy and test images on new hardware.
- Perform manual BIOS changes.
- Update documentation during the imaging process.
- Troubleshoot video conferencing platforms and conference room VC setups.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- System Administration: 1 year
- 4-year college degree or equivalent
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Familiarization with project management concepts
- Familiar with video conferencing platforms

- This is a 100% on-site position located in Harrisburg, PA.
- In-person interview required.

Scheduling:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (37.5 hours per week).
- Work time: very flexible!!- 1 on 1 lesson for adults or children- 250rmb/hour (with reasonable travel compensation)- Teacher training provided
