As a Septic & Drain Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering quality service with integrity, safety, and customer care at the forefront.

• Curiosity – Stay current on septic technologies and regulations; learn every system thoroughly

• Responsibility – Perform code-compliant, high-quality work while maintaining detailed records

Daily Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair septic systems including tanks, pumps, and drainage fields

• Diagnose and explain issues with confidence and professionalism

• Perform new system installations from excavation through final hookup

• Keep accurate documentation on inspections, permits, and service work

• Use advanced tools such as drain cameras, jetters, locators, and mini-excavators

• Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth job completion

• Maintain strict safety protocols on every job site

What You Bring to the Team

• 3+ years of septic system experience including repair, maintenance, and installations

• Preferred licenses or certifications in plumbing, wastewater, or drain services

• Strong knowledge of septic tanks, pumps, filters, drainage systems, and local codes

• Experience with equipment including excavators and jetting machines

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to read maps and navigate job sites efficiently

• Physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and working outdoors in labor-intensive roles

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Team-oriented mindset with the drive to lead and take initiative
