We are actively seeking strong Customer Service Representatives to join our RVA client's organization!

WE NEED sharp, talented professionals with experience in Contact Center and/or Customer Account Management and Support.

Important Notes:

• This role will be 8am to 5pms
• Position is 100% onsite in Glen Allen, VA

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years' experience in a call center environment
• Comfortability being on the phones
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong "soft" skills such as problem solving skills and the ability to work well within a team environment

Daily Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming communications from new and existing customers
• Navigation through systems to research and resolve issues providing "first contact" resolution when possible
• Relaying or escalating issues to leadership where necessary
• Providing information and assisting with questions about services, billing, etc.
• Ensuring customer needs are met
