•Complete unit turnovers including repairs, painting, and cleaning to prepare apartments for new residents.
•Maintain building exteriors and common areas, keeping the property clean, safe, and welcoming.

•Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
•Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities, or skilled trades is preferred.
•Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
•Comfortable using diagnostic tools and hand/power tools safely.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•Good communication skills and a resident-first mindset.
•Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•HVAC certification (EPA) and/or pool certification (CPO) a plus.
•Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions, and respond to emergency calls as needed.
